Closing Paralegal
Job Description:
Closing paralegal needed for Residential closings with an emphasis on REO.
-Must be extremely organized with superior communication skills and a great aptitude for getting along with people.
-The ideal candidate will be familiar with at least one major real estate software system, preferably Softpro.
-Microsoft Word, and Excel.
-The position requires at least 2 years experience in all aspects of residential closings including pre-closing, closing and HUD preparation, and post-closing; strong title clearance background is desirable.
-Experience in REO is a plus.
