Experienced Collections paralegal needed for a boutique law firm. Must have a minimum of three years experience and an undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate. Must have experience searching for assets, preparation of garnishment documents, drafting post judgment discovery documents, and filing document with the court. The right individual will be someone that has excellent communication and computer skills. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with true collections experience.
