RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support in-house and outside counsel with intellectual property filings
-Manage immigration filing deadlines and coordinate information flow for immigration filings
-Maintain legal department files and records
-Support four in-house attorneys
-Merger and acquisition transaction support (assisting with basic due diligence, setting up data rooms, etc.)
-Litigation discovery support (coordinating document productions)
-Other duties as assigned
