SR. PARALEGAL
Job Description:
The Senior Paralegal ensures attorneys are adequately supported within the Legal department. He/She prepares domestic and international legal, regulatory, and compliance documentation and deals with routine legal issues and matters. The Senior Paralegal is also responsible for corporate governance, regulatory compliance, nondisclosure/confidentiality agreements, package litigation and bankruptcies. He/She works independently to prepare documentation related to financial products and services, maintain corporate records, review and revise confidentiality and other routine agreements, and resolve routine legal issues. The Senior Paralegal reports to the Senior Lawyer.
