Admin Assistant
Administrative Assistant opening(s) in new office for title research company. Possibly two positions open for 30-40 hours per week. Student interns welcome. Great experience in getting a business up and running.
Basic tasks involved with setting up new office: office organization, scanning files, tracking orders, basic marketing tasks, basic research tasks, sending invoices, answering phones, various errands, etc. Possibly two openings, as time may be divided between this position and being a personal assistant to the manager (as an unrelated job) which may be better divided among two people. Some travel in the metro area may be involved.
