Sr Manager Inventory Planning
POSITION PURPOSE
This position will lead a team that will be accountable for the successful implementation of replenishment plants at store and DC level. This leader is directly responsible for the consistent execution of common processes and algorithms that are used to improve inventory performance (turns, in stock, fill rate, etc.). The leader will be responsible for conducting flow analysis, stock balancing, ordering, finalize inventory requirements, generate orders, monitor / prioritize inbound containers, and review in stock performance for 3 billion dollars of inventory, thousands of SKU’ s, and sales responsibility averaging 8 billion dollars annually. Requires regular interface with Program Managers, Sr. Leadership, and cross function peers to provide statistical analysis that will enable more accurate decision-making. Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to a large team of analysts; typically 20 direct reports.
