Planning Officer
Description
This position is responsible for defining, delivering and leading the Center of Excellence organization and processes including policies and standards, procedures, tools and methods, measurement, monitoring and reporting for: Project Management and Solution Lifecycle Development. Requires deep knowledge of the competencies and helps build governance around the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Ensures appropriate integration with other key functions for overall solution delivery in alignment with business/IT strategies.
-Ensures overall communication and performs senior level communication for COE and its programs and/or projects.
-Ensures resolution of escalated program/project issues.
-Ensures overall performance to target objectives for: Project Management; and Solution Lifecycle Development.
-Sponsors and ensures continual COE improvement.
