Public Health Analyst
Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a public health analyst to provide subject matter expertise in the design development and deployment of an electronic communicable disease surveillance information system. Utilizing guidance from the Senior Epidemiologist, the Public Health Analyst will identify, analyze and document system requirements; participate in system quality assurance and control efforts; surveillance design; case definition; infrastructure assessment; training development and delivery. . Required Skills Master’s degree in epidemiology, health physics, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, or other public health related field. Must be able to establish and maintain effective communication with federal, NGO and foreign government entities 3-5 years experience in a diagnostic or public health laboratory setting 3 -5 years experience completing statistical analysis of disease data. 3-5 years experience in Public Health Informatics. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
