Dir, Public Health Training Initiative
Job Description
The Director provides leadership to the Public Health Training Initiative. The Initiative is a collaborative effort with one or more countries’ government education and health officials and academic faculties as well as one or more colleges. The Initiative has three prime objectives: strengthening the teaching capacities of the colleges’ teaching staff; collaborating in developing health learning materials specifically targeted to meet the learning needs of the primary health services staff and contributing to the learning environment of colleges and facilities. The Director will be expected to travel nationally and internationally to carry out these responsibilities. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Health Programs
