Guest Services Manager - Public Relations
Description
Accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel and providing exceptional levels of guest service through the guests’ stay. Supervise the activities and the service levels of the concierge, telecommunications, bell stand, clun lounge, and front desk departments. Observe associates to ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure i.e. proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established for all transations. Responsible for hiring, training and managing all Front Office team members. Ensure exceptional levels of guest service are being provided. Act as Manager on Duty on occassion.
