Job Summary
Provide customer service to members and guests by greeting and directing them in person and on the telephone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
-Serve the needs of members and guests arriving at the clubhouse by offering assistance, information, directions, etc. Greet and thank all members and guests.
-Answer incoming calls according, taking messages, transferring calls or making reservations as needed
-Maintain member roster and website by updating with additions, deletions and changes
-Handle escalated member/guest service issues in a prompt and effective manner
