Employee Relations Consultant
Position Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring the company’s employee lifecycle management programs are adhered to and executed properly. It begins with the on-boarding of employees, through performance management and ultimately the exiting of employees. The position is responsible for working with managers to ensure compliance to the company’s policy and identifying any manager training needs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
-Manages any exceptions or deviations of the background screening process and addresses them with the manager
-Partners with managers and employees to drive the development and execution of employee performance improvement plans
-Ensures managers and employees understand and adhere to the company’s dispute resolution process
-Manages employee relations issues such as harassment, discrimination, or conflict in a manner that mitigates company risk and leads to successful resolution. Partners with local legal counsel, security and local work councils (where appropriate).
