Business Relations Manager
Key responsibilities:
-Review vendor selection for possible partnership with Lending Solutions Claims Department.
-Complete all aspects of Due Diligence when researching vendors, including, RFP review, on-site visit and interview, contract negotiations, licensing and implementation.
-Manage all facets of Independent Adjusters, including daily, weekly, monthly, annual reporting, compliance (licensing and audits), accounts receivables, service level adherence, etc.
-Coordinate annual in-house meeting with all Independent Adjusters and Lending Solutions Management.
-Meet semi-annually with major vendors to review performance, service, goals and objectives.
-Develop and facilitate Independent Adjuster Training and Calibration Sessions with adjusters, regional managers, and trainers.
