Alumni Relations Specialist
The Alumni Relations Specialist Supervising Associate serves as special project leader for the firm’s Americas Alumni Relations group with primary responsibility for implementation and daily operations of initiatives that establish lifelong relationships with employees. These relationships begin from the time of recruitment and continue through employment, termination, new career, retirement, and beyond. The position supports the work of the Alumni Relations Leader in serving as a liaison for Area and national practice alumni relations and ensuring that necessary tools are provided for partners and staff to build and leverage relationships with former employees, translating these relationships into revenue and boomerang employees. This position can be located anywhere in the United States.
