Human Resources Manager - Regional
The mission of the RHRM (Regional Human Resources Manager) is to be a business partner with the operations team to assist in realizing our Vision; “A smile on every customers face”.

The purpose for the position of Regional Human Resource Manager (RHRM) is to coordinate and assist the districts within the region in meeting their manpower needs for store personnel, including Store Managers, and other key holder positions. This includes recruiting, interviewing and recommending high energy, passionate, results focused key holder candidates for District Manager review and approval. The RHRM will advise the District Managers and Store Managers on day to day HR issues, as well as conduct HR investigations and HR audits. The RHRM will also assist with coordinating and tracking training activities for new store managers (and new district managers) within the region.
