Human Resources Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities: Duties primarily involve analysis and research of salary and other workforce issues as part of the Total Rewards initiative to establish competitive compensation practices. Participates in the analysis and administration of the state job classification and compensation plans. Ensures organizational compliance with federal and state laws. Provides guidance and consultation to state agencies in the development and interpretation of pay policies and practices. Serves as lead worker. Designs, plans and conducts, from concept to completion, projects with significant impact on the agency.
