Utilizes the Nursing Process to practice professional nursing care, within an assigned area. Functions dependently, and interdependently, to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of her assigned patients, adhering to the Louisiana Nurse Practice Act. Maintains the knowledge and skills required to deliver nursing care in her assigned area. Supports the mission, values, and vision of Woman’s Hospital. Participates in quality control activities and performance improvement of the organization. Performs other duties assigned by Department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman’s Hospital.
