Job Description: Assumes full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of in-home Clinical Services. Manages field and office clinical employees in the provision of care and services according to professional standards of clinical practice, consistent with agency philosophy of care and state and federal laws and regulations. Leads in developing and implementing policies and procedures consistent with current law. Allocates resources in an efficient and economical manner to enable each patient to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. The Clinical Director collaborates with other healthcare professionals as needed to develop support and coordination of patient care. Communicate with client case managers on ongoing basis relaying concise, pertinent and timely medical information. In collaboration with the Administrator, participates in marketing functions inclusive of outreach to referral sources and participation in strategic planning.
