Registered Nurse Supervisor
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assure the provision of total nursing care, directly or indirectly, during a given period of time for the nursing department. The Supervisor is also responsible for the direction and supervision of the nursing staff. CUSTOMER SERVICE – provides leadership that results in meeting and/or exceeding customer satisfaction tergets for patients/families, physicians, and employees. QUALITY OF WORK/LEADERSHIP - Provides a variety of service activities for efficient department operations PATIENT ADVOCACY - Advocates for the patient/family rights and educates patient/family concerning responsibilities PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT/ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Provide leadership for continuous performance improvement and staff development Current Georgia License as a Professional Nurse, Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR Certification), Passing score on medication exam before conclusion of orientation
