Sales Representative
SUMMARY
Responsible for overall sales functions including following up on leads, increasing customer orders, develop customer relationships and increase company revenue by increasing sales of products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains close rate percentage requirements.
Eliminating or minimizing escalations.
Increasing overall margins.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue.
Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategy.
Oversee Administrative sales functions for sales program.
Participate in hands-on product training.
Analyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market.
Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings.
Attend home shows and provide customer service.
Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
