Attorney/ Social Security Representative
Responsibilities:
Interacts directly with and represents individual claimants, referred from customer base, before the Social Security Administration. Strives for early awards and approvals on each case by presenting argument and medical records. Utilizes database and calendar appropriately to ensure timely actions on each case. Must stay informed of regulatory changes with Social Security law and performs legal research as necessary. Travel is required to attend hearings.
