NOC Engineer - Night Shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-24×7 monitor and testing of applications and systems including: servers, network gear, applications, inter-connectivity, and database systems.
-Escalate issues to the appropriate parties as needed to ensure the most efficient and expedient means to problem resolution.
-Make every attempt to adhere to SLA’s, lower MTTR’s and preserve the customer experience by following processes in escalation paths, escalation timelines and expediency in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
-Serve as the internal support single point of contact for reporting problems, requesting assistance, and taking of corrective action as necessary;
-Use ticketing, alerts, and email to document, track, inform and escalate issues to the appropriate parties;
