Licensed Social Service Provider 1
Duties & Responsibilities: Performs psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to clients requiring complex intervention. Performs commitment determinations and/or execute orders of involuntary commitments.
This position will provide services between Polk, Floyd, Bartow and Gordon counties. The position’s main home base will be Floyd County.
Minimum Training & Experience: Masters degree from an accredited program, eligibility to be licensed
And
Two years of supervised experience in the area of assignment
Preferred Qualifications: Licensure in GA as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
