VITAS Hospice is seeking a PRN Social Worker (LCSW) to work with our hospice patients in the Inpatient Unit located in GA. The Social Worker is the member of the interdisciplinary team whose primary function is to provide diagnostic evaluations of the psychosocial problems of the patient/family unit and defines social service goals for alleviating these problems.
