A not for profit integrated healthcare delivery system in the state of Georgia providing one source of life management strategies for our customers is currently seeking a Director of Volunteer Services. This position is responsible for providing a state-wide leadership role for home health, hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation therapy, etc, and is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, planning, organizing, directing, developing and implementation of the volunteer programs which reflect the community need and enhance the operations of the organizations. We are committed to creating an environment of knowledge through trusted advisors who help navigate the complex issues facing seniors and the disabled. The Director of Volunteer Services will be responsible for modeling our core values of Cooperation, Honesty, and Service and promoting the vision and guiding principles of the organization.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication or related field and five years or more of successful work experience in volunteer leadership.
