Senior Specialist
Job Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing schedule change and the impact to customer PNRs. This position manages the relationship between schedule distribution and other impacted groups and will make recommendations on process improvements based on both data and process flow analysis. Primary areas of focus will be managing the schedule change process between Travelport and DL, researching Teletype messaging errors, reviewing codeshare handling, performing adhoc data analysis in the PNR DB as well as the schedules and inventory tables. Individual will be required to facilitate discussion and support Network Planning, Revenue Management, Airports, Sales Distribution and Reservations when researching and resolving questions. The position will be involved in business acceptance testing for new system development and packaging the results for management review. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
