AR Specialist
Duties: The AR Specialist position is responsible for applying millions of dollars a month to customer accounts in the Accounts Receivable system. The AR Specialist is also responsible for updating and balancing a Cash Reconciliation report which reconciles the cash received from the bank and the cash inputted into the Accounts Receivable system. The AR Specialist is also responsible for inputting payments into any of our Client Group’s dedicated AR system, such as SalesForce for our ImageSource Client Group. The AR Specialist will forward the Cash Reconciliation report to the appropriate accounting group and assist them in any reconciliation discrepancies. The AR Specialist will also process maintenance forms which apply on account cash to open receivables. The AR Specialist will also process intercompany payments, and credit card transactions. The AR Specialist will also assist with the resolution of the Unapplied Cash portfolio. The AR Specialist will also assist with other special projects as needed.
