IT Specialist
The incumbent serves as a senior functional analyst for one of the workstreams within the Veterans Relationship Management Program Executive Office (VRM PEO), Office of Enterprise Development (OED). Employee has full responsibility for work dealing with focus groups and end-users to analyze, evaluate, and develop functional specifications for application products. The incumbent plays a leadership role as an individual and/or as a team leader in establishing user requirements for the initial development of and future enhancements to national software products and assists team leaders with functional requirements.
