Field Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Filtering and cleaning fryers, storing drained/dumped oil, calibrating thermostats.
-Keeping equipment clean thoroughly, properly disposing any waste/trash.
-Having equipment prepped before and after tech work is started/finished
-Maintaining the customer’s fryers and food-cooling units
-Keeping the van clean, organized, and properly stocked
-Following directions and instructions
-Providing friendly and informative customer service
