ROLE:
Responsible for assisting General Counsel with (i) the enforcement of intellectual property and contractual rights on behalf partners; (ii) educating and counseling staff, clients and partners about intellectual property and contractual rights; (iii) the management of outside counsel’s involvement in litigation matters; (iv) drafting, reviewing and administering license agreements.
