Solution Quality Mgr-SAP Technology
Position Overview:
The Solution Quality Manager II - SAP Technology is a global, yet location- independent, individual contributor accountable for operational excellence initiative proposals and completion, problem analysis and resolution, incident escalation, and the Defect/Operational system change management governance. The Solution Quality Manager II should have competent-level subject matter expertise in technical/Basis and application architecture for SAP Solutions as well as general knowledge of functional processes. This role ensures the ongoing usability of core platform solutions as well as building/maintaining mutually beneficial relationships withkey paying customers of SAP GSS services.
This role is designed to improve operational excellence, throughput of enhancements & Request For Service items, capacity planning/forecasting, technical audit and compliance, and client satisfaction.
