Warehouse Associate Night Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Pick merchandise from slots; Repack loose merchandise;
-Check merchandise against invoices for picking errors;
-Load merchandise into trucks;
-Prepare “Via” merchandise for shipment on freight lines;
-Drop merchandise from “reserve” to “pick” slots; Check in returns from previous day’s deliveries;
-Assemble and check pre-packs;
-Performs house keeping duties as assigned;
-Operate forklift/pallet jack (must be certified to operate forklift);
-All above duties require the ability to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly each shift, bending, stooping, climbing, standing and twisting for extended periods of time;
-Ability to successfully complete forklift training/certification requirements;
-Ability to operate PC/Data Terminal for Returns/UPS
-Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
-Ability to lift 70-100 Ibs. occasionally;
-Operate shrink wrap machine.
